Bah, that sucks. But you can still do theatre in some shape or form. I know that must be hard to do if you're dealing with a lot of stress, but you don't have to give up on it completely. You can join drama/theatre/acting clubs, get with playwrights, find online groups, make productions with people who are also interested in that kind of thing, start a small production (free campus plays!) It'll take a lot of energy, but really, many theatre professionals didn't start from theatre school.
On the other end of things, I'm not sure how much you can change about your parents and your major. If you made a genuine effort to pass your subjects, do you think you can do it? Also, if you appeared less rebellious towards your parents (even though they are controlling and don't respect your wishes) would they cut you some slack? Is there another course you that you mind less and can transfer to, such as business or science or politics?
I'm just throwing out some random options but it's important to try and do something, wherever it leads you, if you hate where you are now.
