Hey LW. I don't mean to sound like a racist, But what the hell is up with black youth? I ask this because of a few events that happened today. I was sitting in my English class this afternoon when a knock sounded at the door. Mind you, this took place about half an hour AFTER class started. Lo and Behold the person knocking was the only black student in my class. This is the first time in the week that he actually showed up for the class, and he sauntered in as if he was early for class. He took a seat rather noisily and basically caused the class to pause until he'd settled down and finished giving salutations to his homies. Class continued like normal until assignments were handed out. That is when he started to speak. My god, ;W, I have never heard a more blabbering, mumbling, dithering orator speak in my life. I couldn't understand a damn thing coming out of his mouth. The few things I DID understand were him asking the difference between an "illusion" and "allusion", and his apparent hatred for homonyms. After the misunderstanding was cleared he then went on about how 'bling' his shoes were until the class ended. During the class he also claimed that the name '50 Cent' is a metaphor. So I ask this of you LW, why can't black people learn to speak and/or pay attention? Why do they care more about their 90$ piece of shit 'bling' batman shoes than learning? I live in a town where there are at most 20 black people, and 90% of the ones I've been in the same room with could fit right in with racial stereotypes.

Wow, I'm black and I usually don't care what people have to say about me or other black people, but this was just offensive. I'm black and I speak very well. My clothes and other things don't mean anything to me. I think you are very ignorant for stereotyping all black people just because of the few you've met. That's like me making posts that all people who are your nationality are ignorant stereotypical people.

Another ignorant person: I'm black, I assure you only about %5 of black youth act like this; Studies have proven that the black race contributed to America's inventions and success stories more than the Caucasian man: The street light, washer machine, iron, oven, hot comb, peanut butter, soap, blood transfusion were all made by blacks; So I am afraid your statement is invalid

This is hilarious. It could be because he feels uncomfortable being the only black person, so he acts out, like any normal child.
