OP, if Hispanics do it best, why are there massive quantities of Hispanic people leaving their countries and coming to the non-Hispanic White dominated USA? Why aren't non-Hispanics immigrating to South/Central American countries in massive quantities or in any numbers comparable to non-Hispanic countries?
