I was bullied at school. My mother started to hit me when i was 8 and stopped when i was 13 (i restrained her), my father started to hit me when i was 14. My father was really emotionally abusive, he seemed to enjoy making me cry. He would often threaten to kill me or hurt me really badly. My house was mega mouldy and my room had so much mould that i struggled to breathe. Both my parents are mega controlling and messed my head up so bad that i feared to leave the house

Now i can't trust anyone, i have flashbacks, panic attacks, social anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and depression. My parents seriously messed up my head! I don't want to remember my past but sometimes it just invades my thoughts :(

probably. ive gotten therapy since like many years ago. its kind of hard to treat something that happened when you were too young to form a real rational response.
