Dance for a few hours, go get the living hell kicked out of me in a martial arts class (currently krav maga, lots of fun), go do some parkour, tai chi, digital painting, yoga, meditation, pray, close the windows and doors of my house and scream when no ones home, hit bricks walls repeatedly, do something good to a random stranger, listen to someone else's complaints and realize how great I've got it, play guitar till my fingers scream at me.

Any and all of the above work for me, I used to have a rampant temper, now I can control it.

If the situation permits such I just try to find peace with it by reminding myself that all problems, no matter how long lasting are only temporary. They can only bring you as much trouble as you let them.

i normally take a walk and just start crying. talking to my best friend and banging stuff. reading while listening to music or blast the music and start dancing, yelling my guts out. screaming helps alot too.

When im depressed i usually go out and just walk around the mall, buy things or get a massage or just sleep. i don't know but spending sometimes distracts me from being depressed and stressed. it's not that i have lots of money but i usually end up buying things that are not really important like clothes and accessories, it's a good thing im not that into gadgets if not, i have to work really hard. LOL! has anyone tried going to a wilderness program? i'm thinking of going sometime but not yet really a 100% plan. to those who went, is it any good?

Offending my people i live with at the time (my bf, or my bf and my parents), saying really hurtful things. They more deserve it (mostly my BF) because he is never trying to make me feel better. But thats ok, i dont need dumb people trying to make me feel better. I just start pitying them even more, if possible.

I set an appointment with myself to worry about things.. during that time I release any negative emotions that I might be feeling, of course I do this in private. Then I leave that behind, I don't take it with me. Other times I might watch funny movies or listen to a lot of music, or go out with my friend or my other friends..

To me, everyone needs to be entertained, it's not a waste of time unless you go to dumb extremes.

Working out and stretching also does the trick very well, diet and exercise can always work.. so ask your doctor if getting off your ass is right for you!
